  I don’t want to be that person who only gives reviews when something is done wrong, so I go back and redeem if improvements have boon made. So far coming here my order has been correctly fulfilled. The food is made great and even looks appetizing and not just thrown in the bag or individual wraps! The customer service is great! I got to be the first to try the strawberry passion fruit and it was delicious so I recommend getting it. Try to get it during happy hour so you can get a large for $1!

  I order my food through the self-checkout, daughter cancels it for some reason I don't know why, but my bank shows that he got charged, that self checkout took me about 10 to 15 minutes by myself, I proceed to explain what happen do the employees but they're so busy making food and going through the drive-thru that I can tell that I am not priority, a guy walks in and lets me know I'm still on break, no problem I understand, he did not tell anyone else hey that guy needs help I'm on break, I continue to wait, he finally finishes his break and proceeds to try to help me, I get I hear your problem but there's nothing I can do you're going to have to talk to the manager here's the phone number, the phone number he gives me is the phone number that's disconnected, he says I'll give it to you after we finish completing your order, that sounds like a great idea. 💡 He takes my order, it's been almost an hour just trying to explain what happened I'm getting my order done, he asked me for my name so I can be called once my order is ready or so I thought, I waited I saw people come and go, people on the drive-thru also come and go, it's been a half hour now I take a peek at the table there's a bag I approach and it has my name, I asked the same guy how come you didn't call me to let me know that my food was ready, he seems confused he says I didn't, Taco Bell food is one of my favorite but this location sucks, you get better service from the guy that sells fruit on the corner and he doesn't even speak English.

  I wish I could give the staff negative stars! They were EXTREMELY rude, and entitled. I asked them the prices on 3 different items after tax, they they acted like i had asked them their pronouns or something. Super unprofessional. They acted like they were working on commission instead of hourly. If you want food done right, without the BS ATTITUDE, definitely go to the one off twin cities rd.
