  The new self-service kiosk at Subway is a great addition. It makes ordering so much faster and easier, especially during busy times. I like being able to take my time customizing my sandwich without feeling rushed, and everything is very clear and simple to use. Also, the manager Uriel, Gogi, and Vianette are always very nice and great to see during my lunch break. They make the experience even better with their friendly service!

  The app lost all customizations from a previous order. The order was correct before submitting payment, since i verified the address and removed items. Absolutely no question it was correct when i checked out. The app has been having difficulties. Kept giving errors on check out. So i had to delete it an re-add it. Now this happens. I am allergic to mayo and cannot eat onions. They said they can not fix it since the order was correct from the app. Since i am allergic to their sandwich, I had to leave the footlong chicken sandwich in their shop. Now calling my credit card company to block the charge for food i am unable to eat. Very unprofessional.

  I’ve been coming to this subway for years now and they recently changed how we are supposed to order and they want us to order on a kiosk and not even speak to the employees who are making the sandwiches. It’s pretty annoying because it takes longer and I can’t even modify it how I want to, I’m forced to use the options they provide on the kiosk. All this just for the employees to mess up my sandwich order and forget to put stuff on my order even though I checked off the ingredients I want on the kiosk, what’s the point of the kiosk if they are going to mess up since I can’t speak with them while they are making my sandwich??? (I visited on 3/10/26) probably going to stop coming to this subway and all of them if this is the new model.
