I prefer my sandwiches "juicy" and explicitly requested extra sauce, but the sandwich I received was completely dry. Even though I ordered a Veggie Delite, almost all my toppings were missing—no tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, or banana peppers. The shop was completely empty when I arrived, so they weren't even busy; they simply didn't bother to read the instructions. This is the second time this has happened. Extremely poor service.
