  Food: equivalent to high-school brown box lunch at a high price. Service: No complaint really since there really wasn't any service. Atmosphere: Not very clean. I really needed to use the restroom but the path leading to the restroom was dirty so I knew there'd be no reason to enter. I won't return. Management, please don't send the templated message about how you're going to resolve the issue, because we all know you're going to continue as is. Maybe customers have lowered their standards so low that they'll return. Otherwise, maybe this business too will be closing down. I'm sure you'll find someone to blame, but look at your business and ask yourself "do I enjoy spending $20 for a sandwich that included lots of greens, almost no chicken salad, cup soup, and bottled water?

  No real complaints. I got there 10mins before closing time and staff gave me the feeling that they were closed and didn't want to serve me until I asked. This was 2 Sundays ago

  I just wanted to say that I found a broken fly in my food. Luckily, I discovered it in time, meaning I didn't eat it. But it was broken, so I'm not sure, maybe everyone who came that day got a piece of it.
