After eating here, multiple people in my household got sick, same symptoms, same timing, which is very concerning. Food safety should always be a priority, and this situation makes me question how food is being handled and prepared. It wasn’t just one person, it affected all of us, which is not a coincidence. I would strongly recommend the management take a serious look into their food handling practices and cleanliness. No one should have to deal with this after a meal. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

I got so mad I went to McDonald’s I live right next to me after. Spent $20 for a burger and fries. Just didn’t feel worth it after eating for me. Even cava next door had more people then inside here.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
