You can’t place your order at the counter only at a kiosk but you can only pay cash at the counter and the systems aren’t connected so the orders don’t always get placed and you end up having to reorder at the counter. Completely counter productive.

- RPRaymond PerezAug 17, 20251.0Went in today was waiting to get serviced then was told to use the kiosk I informed the employee that I'm paying with cash and still wanted me to use the kiosk once I left the line the employee went ahead and asked for the next person's order while ignoring my order. Will never come back here again with the service they offer her. If you want to be serviced and not pushed to used a kiosk just don't go to that specific location and go to another location. Other taco bell locations are more then willing to help you but this one it's always some kind of issue.
