So instead of ordering with a person you are forced to touch an absolutely filthy kiosk screen that looks as if it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. No hand sanitizer. Great for people with compromised immune systems. No idea what everyone else was touching before touching the screen. But now it's on your hands. Boogers, sweat, frumunda cheese, it's anyone's guess! It like a game of guess the gross! Yay! To make matters worse, they reduce their overhead costs by firing people and installing kiosks, then also raised prices. I'm pretty sure I'm done with Taco Bell. Same with others that take away jobs to replace them with filthy kiosks.
