I placed a mobile order and the guy working in there was giving me an issue about waiting for my sandwich to be made until the time on the sticker that printed out (wich was in another 5 minutes) I stood in line behind the 1 customer and when it was my turn I asked if he could please make it. He said no. I need to wait. As another couple customers walk in I asked for a simple refund and he said I needed to wait until he finished helping the customers that just walked in. I have it on video I'll see if I can post.

Today at 2:11pm I ordered my sub and the worker used a DIRTY KNIFE not only on my sandwich but also the other one I had ordered. Keep in mind there were clean knives at their disposal BUT STILL USED A DISGUSTING KNIFE. This is DANGEROUS especially for those with ALLERGIES. I will be reporting this to the health department.
