    This subway store is very close to my home, so I tend to go here very often. Most of the staff is very rude and they will not honor your subway rewards. I have a very large family so we tend to buy multiple subways at a time will lead to me getting multiple rewards but this place will not honor them, even after showing my app stating i have multiple free subs. Its very frustrating. Please be mindful when going here.

    RUN AWAY from this restaurant!!! Angry customer here! I placed an online order through the app. When I came for pickup, the server said there was no such order. His English was pretty bad. I called again to check, he said there was an order but that wasn’t my name. I asked what was the name on the order, in case he messed up with my name because of his English ability. All he could do was saying 1) call the customer service (that wasn’t his problem/he didn’t care), 2) that wasn’t my order (instead of giving me some details to fix the problem, what did he have to hide? What if he made a mistake?) In short, the owner should fire this guy asap if he/she still wants to stay in business. His English sucks, not sure if he knows how to handle technology like online ordering, and he didn’t even care to check where the problem came from. When I asked if he could check my order in the system one more time (wasn’t that the least thing he could do for a messed up order?), he said like no need, he already knew that was the online system problem. I placed another order at a nearby store right after that, also through the app. NO PROBLEM AT ALL! There are plenty of Subway stores in the area, STAY AWAY from this one.
