For starters, to order it’s only through the tablet, no human interaction anymore! I get it, Pollo Loco wants to be cheap and not pay a cashier anymore to save money on their payroll, but there are customers that love ordering with people and talking like the humans that we are! It’s so sad where our society is going! Secondly, they did not have the horchata drink available as they usually do in most locations. Lastly, upon pick up my order they did not give me the two drinks that I had ordered/payed for!! I ask the worker for it and she looked at me like I had not purchased the combo drink. I will never come back to this location ever again. I’ll stick to the one by Magnolia & La Palma! Good service in that location and they carry Horchata!
