Stephanie took her time to ask me if I had placed an order online and assured me that my order would be coming shortly. And it sure did. Stephanie was very kind and helpful. They neglected to ask if I wanted salsa and I forgot to mention it but I was hopeful that there would be some in the bag because I thought it was standard. There was no salsa, which is very disappointing because I had nothing in which to dip my little burritos, that I make with the chicken and the tortillas. One piece of chicken was old and shriveled so much of the meat was stuck to the skin. For someone like me who doesn't eat the skin, that takes quite a bit of the chicken away from my meal. The tortillas were not as soft as they should be. I've included a picture of a large, hard, crunchy piece. It also would be nice if they would fill the drink all the way. This is my 2nd EPL strikeout this month.

The only way to get our order was to wait in a very long drive through line fully defeating the purpose of ordering ahead for pick up. We weren’t the only disappointed customer at the door either. Ended up waiting for twenty minutes. Won’t be coming back to this location, it’s a shame because the food is so good but the service is horrible here. Edit: was given zero gravy with our mashed potatoes and asks for two different salsa that we were only given one of. Can’t believe it got worse
