I ordered on the mobile app and they didn't include the items I added for an extra charge. I checked once I got home, and went back for my correct order, only to notice when I got home again they forgot my chocolate chip cookie that I paid for!! I wasn't about to go back a third time, very disappointing since I do like their food.

The first time I thought it was just an honest error, but the second time it happened I went back and asked them about it. They literally took the time to take out the bagels and counted to verify if I was being truthful. Mind you the time wasted of me going back. Not the best experience but the bagels are pretty good.
