    Just went into cava & Mia, David, Chris, Slavie ,Sergio, and Jonah were all so helpful and so nice! They made the experience 10 times better! The food is always so delicious and fresh!!!

    jonah #slayed at his job. not only did he craft me a stellar bowl, of his choosing, but did so meticulously and with excellent skill. i WILL be returning to this cava purely for the service i received during this visit alone.

    Terrible value. Poor customer service. Ridiculously tiny portions. Feels like I just ate a side salad or an appetizer. Not a satisfying meal at all. I can't speak to the lemon herb tahini dressing that I picked out because they didn't give me ANY dressing at all, even though I picked one and requested it on the side. So on top of having a sad half empty bowl, it was also dry and flavorless. Won't ever be back.

    Horrible customer service at this Fullerton location. The servers are rushed, dismissive, and openly rude. My sister’s order was made incorrectly multiple times, and instead of owning the mistakes, Donna and Martina made passive-aggressive comments, slammed food into the trash in front of customers, and responded with a dismissive “anyways” when concerns were raised. This location has a pattern of unfriendly service, but this visit was it. We enjoy CAVA overall, but management seriously needs to address professionalism and customer interaction at this store.
