  This store is very nice and the cuts of meat are even nicer. The reason for the 2 stars is because of the meat department. I was the ONLY person at the meat counter and I saw this tall skinny kid named (Travis) working behind the meat counter. I didn’t rush him and he saw me but I wasn’t in a hurry so I waited patiently till he was done because I don’t like being that rude person. So when he finished he asked what do I need, I answered and said I need about 100$ worth of steaks. When he heard that, he gave a big obnoxious SIGH. I didn’t think much of it and proceeded on. He then just started stacking cuts of meat without me choosing. As a customer I want to be able to choose my own meat. I’m paying over 100$ worth so I want the best cuts. You don’t go to a car dealership, ask for a car, and they just bring you whatever was closest to them and expect you to pay for it. So I asked if I could inspect or choose the ones I want nicely and I think because I was nice he proceeded to treat me like crap. I asked if I could get the 3 closest to him and he made a snide remark tHoSE wERE tHe oNeS I wAs gOiNg tO PiCk OuT. He then packaged them in the paper and was going to get me more and told me can you hurry it up, I’m on a time crunch and can’t be here all day. I was then fed up with his attitude and said u know what I no longer need your help and grabbed only 3 steaks and left. I’ve never been treated so rudely before. I hope the director Joey Romero does something about this kid because it’s an embarrassment to this establishment and I’m sure I’m not the only one he’s treated rudely.

  Review is based on the Drive Up/Pick Up services. Always prompt, orders are correct and the best part is Zach-Beyond courteous, helpful and friendly. So refreshing to see a young man with such old fashioned manners. Represents Albertsons in the best way possible!

  Hello, happy holidays.I went to Albertson's Saturday 12/27/25 4:30pm to pick ups some money at customer service that I received from a loved one.So there was 2 young men standing at the customer service desk, I asked him, who do I speak to on receiving the money that was sent to me through Western Union? And he pointed to a manager named Josh, well, Josh was at the self checkout..As you can see on the camera , there was another employee standing right there in self checkout at the computer l asked the worker that was still standing by me at customer service , his name , he told me it was josh , one the managers So one of the employees was still standing there. I told the young man that I was going to report him to albertson , corporates he went and told josh , and as joshua's standing there at the cashier , he turned around and looked at me and said , go ahead , I want you to just go ahead and do it right in front of all the customers in a loud voice it should be all on camera so another guy came up to me and ask me if I needed help and I told him yes, I was trying to get money from Western Union that my uncle had sent me.And that the other manager josh told me , I had to wait 15 mins , this was a very nice kind gentleman respectful , he said i can help you , and I told him what had happened with josh and how he disrespected in a tone voice in front of all the customers. Well that's kind manager said that he was overjosh and that he would speak to him.I don't know if he did or didn't, but I did call.Albertson's corporation and put a complaint in about Josh.He's very unprofessional disrespectful and work with customers Have a blessed and beautiful new year 2026 come. And thank you to the manager over josh , for your kindness and your concern , how I was treated. Bless you.😇
