A few days ago, while shopping near the Starbucks area at your Fullerton location, I suddenly fainted. When I regained consciousness, one of your managers, Sawsan, was right there beside me. She immediately brought me water, helped me sit up safely, and made sure I was okay. What truly touched my heart was how she cared for my little boy so he wouldn’t be frightened. She spoke to him gently, gave him a sticker, and kept him calm while continuing to help me. When I realized I had left my phone in the car and couldn’t call my husband, Sawsan didn’t hesitate to offer me her own personal phone so I could reach him. She stayed with me until he arrived, making sure I felt safe and supported the entire time. Her compassion, calmness, and genuine kindness went far beyond what anyone would expect. She didn’t just do her job — she showed true humanity. Thank you Albertsons for hiring people who truly care.
