The customer service is consistently terrible, and my orders are almost never correct. On more than one occasion, I’ve been given overcooked, burnt chicken, and once I even received spoiled salsa that ruined my entire meal. The staff shows very little care or professionalism, and the manager does not seem to handle issues effectively. It’s frustrating because this location is only 5 minutes away from me, but I’ve gotten to the point where I’d rather drive 25–30 minutes to another location just to avoid the hassle. To make things worse, they frequently run out of chicken—even an hour before closing—and don’t seem willing to prepare more. That’s unacceptable for a place that specializes in chicken. I would not recommend eating here.

Stephanie took her time to ask me if I had placed an order online and assured me that my order would be coming shortly. And it sure did. Stephanie was very kind and helpful.
