  I had a really good experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels in Fullerton. The food was fresh and everything tasted great, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. Emily at the register was super kind and made ordering easy, which I appreciated. Grant did a great job with the drinks — everything came out just right. Efrain was helpful when I had a question and when he handed me my food. Overall, really solid service and I’d definitely come back.

  Had such an amazing service at this location, bagels were soft and fresh, the stuff was very friendly, restaurant was clean.

  I had to wait in line for over 15 minutes for them to take my order and it wasn’t packed. I think her name is Natalie or Emily in the register had an ugly attitude and talked to her co workers while taking my order. Some co workers were just talking and not doing their job. Seems like they are family owned and they let there co workers do all the work for them. When I received my bagel, I asked for a chocolate chip bagel and got a plain bagel instead. Other than that their bagels were good but service ruined my whole experience. Will not come back again. Save your time and go somewhere else. Service sucks and the employees can’t listen when taking orders. Every single on of the employees don’t know how to do their job.

  Honestly I cant fit all the things I would like to in this small area. Each and every single visit I had all staff... starting with management and all the amazing staff they have are truly outstanding. At each and every visit (trust me I come very often) they make me feel super welcomed they always have smiles on their faces. Even their interactions with each other (as staff/coworkers) show how great of an establishment this place is. When I mean the entire staff... I really do mean it, the girls at the register super friendly and welcoming the management I always see keeping busy making sure the place is running great to even the people keeping this business clean they are always ALL doing hard work. You will never see anyone not putting in help or just there, all of them are always busy. Thanks for making my mornings amazing and my lunches exceptional you and your staff make my days a win! Can't wait to see you all on my next visit. Bryan and Ericka you can tell how much care as managers they provide their employees and customers. I always have great visits here thanks to them and their staff Natalie and Dalilah thanks for always having an amazing attitude and big smile. You always welcome me and thank me. Your positive attitude is greatly appreciated especially when I am having a rough day at work Grant thanks for all your busy work I always see you keeping busy making sure anyone who needs something gets acknowledged right away Andrei thank you for all your hard work for keeping this place super clean and welcoming!

  Possibly one of the worst places i have visited in terms of service a 3 person line took 18 minutes to put an order in. They allow people they know to go before you turning what is a 3 person public line into a 20 minute wait since the server will walk away and talk with their friends. First and last time going to this chain
