  The worst customer service. It seems like they're working for free. I hadn't been to Chipotle in over three years because of the terrible customer service. This time was even worse.

  Placed an order online looks like the person who prepared the bowl forgot to put the rice at bottom added it later The order had missing items I asked for extra cheese I don’t think there was any cheese in my bowl no sour cream So disappointed with the bowl pls ask corporate to train your employees

  I went back to Chipotle Mexican Grill today and somehow the experience managed to get worse. I ordered the exact same thing as yesterday — two chicken protein cups — thinking maybe the previous visit was just a one-off issue. Instead, it confirmed something bigger: the experience here completely depends on which employee you happen to get that day. Today I was randomly upcharged just for adding sour cream, which made it pretty clear that courtesy and consistency vary wildly depending on who’s working. When you’re ordering the same simple item, you shouldn’t feel like the rules change every time you walk in. The bigger issue, though, was the chicken itself. Every bit of it was completely shredded — not properly cut pieces like you’d expect. It looked like a random pile of pulled meat mixed with fat and skin rather than the normal diced chicken that’s supposed to be served. At that point it’s hard to even trust that the nutritional information or macros tied to these protein cups are accurate anymore. For customers who actually track what they’re eating, that matters. When the portions are inconsistent, the pricing changes depending on who you talk to, and the protein itself isn’t even prepared the way it normally is, it makes the entire order feel unreliable. I used to expect a certain level of consistency from Chipotle, but lately it feels like every visit is a gamble. Management really needs to tighten up portion standards, food prep, and basic customer service because experiences like this make it hard to keep coming back.
