I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Charleys Philly Steaks. The environment feels toxic, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable.
Agustin, who is usually there on Sundays, is consistently rude—not only to customers but also to young employees. Making comments like “no sirve para nada” is completely disrespectful. On top of that, he makes orders incorrectly, takes long breaks, and seems disengaged while giving special treatment to others.
Suzie is also very unprofessional. She has a negative attitude, makes rude facial expressions, and handles situations poorly, especially with employees. This kind of behavior creates a hostile work environment and reflects badly on the business.
Another employee, Kiyah, behaves in a way that is inappropriate for a workplace, which further adds to the uncomfortable atmosphere.
Overall, this location needs serious improvement in management and professionalism. Not everyone is suited for a supervisor role, and it clearly shows here.
On the other hand, the team at Taco Bell—especially Santiago and Anna—provide a completely different experience. They are welcoming, positive, and actually make customers feel valued.
This Charleys location needs accountability and change.
