  I stopped coming to this location due to the poor customer service and trashy attitudes, they finally got a great worker named Cynthia she’s kind above the top customer service, and deserves to be manager.

  Ordered large Chili and when I got home it was mostly soup. I like Wendy's hearty Chili but this time was unacceptable. It was mid day just after lunch time. There is no excuse for not making sure that there was adequate amount of meat, beans and vegetables in the cup. The only job one had is to make it worth the price paid at over 5 dollars. Very disappointing.

  It just isn't the same as it was back in the day and it's the same building same business it's just the workers are just rude really rude and made The experience of eating my dinner in the lobby uncomfortable and unpleasant and I accidentally spilled a drink on the floor by the napkins and ketchup dispensers and everybody just looked like ways in anybody cleaning it up they actually waited till it's almost dried by itself before someone actually went over it with the mop SMH
