  Go to any other Taco Bell (except for the one on Blackstone that smells like a sewer line)!!! I placed an order for three meal items PLUS a dessert via the kiosk (despite hating to do so), this way they could not mess up the order. I should note, I added red (purple) cabbage to all meal items. They still messed up the order. First, it was just leaving the cheese off of my spicy potato burrito, and they gave me a container of the cheese. After eating that one, I started on the next to find that not only did they leave on the sour cream (which I know for a fact that I marked to take off) but they left off the red (purple) cabbage that I paid extra for. I brought this up to the manager, which she argued against at first, but the fact that I had paid extra for the cabbage that was not on the food was something she couldn't argue against. But instead of just remaking that item, she took my whole bag despite me rejections to that. After a few minutes she provided me with a new bag which included a remake of the first thing (which I had told them not to as I ate it, but she wasn't listening to the customer at any point or else she'd never have taken the whole bag), but it was also MISSING the dessert (which was there before). When I pointed this out she argued with me and refused to replace the dessert, until I said I was calling corporate. Suddenly she "finds" the dessert and practically throws it at me as she tosses it into the bag, saying, "There, there it is." If this is how she treats her customers, who have legitimate issues, how horribly must she be treating her employees!!! I reached out and complained to corporate, and the email I got said they are sending my complaint to the restaurant team directly. So, the manager is going to investigate herself?! No wonder she's still managing that place if corporate just has her investigating her own actions!!! At minimum this should go go district or regional management!!!
