- ASazucena silvaApr 3, 20261.0Went to this Subway location and had a really frustrating experience. I tried to order a personal pizza with rotisserie chicken, which I’ve done at other Subways before. The employee (Pam) started making it, then told me it wasn’t allowed and removed the chicken. After I said I didn’t want it anymore, they suddenly said it was possible—but then tried to pressure me into buying it because the pizza was already opened. On top of that, the employees kept speaking to each other in another language instead of clearly communicating with me, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I paid for just a sandwich, I was completely ignored when trying to help with the transaction. Overall, very inconsistent, uncomfortable, and poor customer service. Definitely needs better communication and training.
