  I’ve visited this place a couple of times in the last 4 months and both times were terrible. Very long wait, cold food, watered down drinks. Sucks.

  I stopped by on Sunday the 15th to order a couple of milkshakes. I arrived at around 6:30 pm and walked up to the speaker box to place my order. We waited over 20 minutes after pushing the red button and never got any assistance or acknowledgement from any staff member. Very disappointed with the response time. We decided to go elsewhere.

  Wait time is really long, quality of food is the same. Verified our order on the window then they start making the food I ordered 20 mins ago. Not even rush hour, but def avoid if you're in a rush.

  No flavor, fries cold, didnt give us all our food. Can't call customer service and they didn't give me receipt to get a refund. Never again :)

  Not sure what was going on this time. I have stopped here before wothout issue but this time it took a very long time. Even after waiting about a half an hour for the two cars ahead of us, the large tatertots and large mozzarella sticks took another 10 minutes to be ready after we pulled up to the window. Seemed understaffed maybe? Food was fine but wait time was abysmal. Will update if next visit goes better.
