  The food itself is fine. But at this location specifically the employee are more focused on talking to each other rather then actually paying attention to the orders. Every time I order I am asked to repeat what I said multiple times and when I pull up to the window I can see why they are all just talking known stop not even stopping to hear what people are asking for. Which ends with thing being left out of the orders or getting incorrect items. By the time I realized it I am already home or to far away to go back. Which can be frustrating. This isn't a one time thing either so this review is combining a lot of past experiences going to this location.

  04/05/2026 Sunday 3:14pm I ordered 2 large Big Buford combos, a classic burger, and fries lover fries. $37.75 paid. The girl taking order did fine she was nice enough and I received the correct amount of change and got my bag of food. There was also 1 guy making the burgers. Got home opened the bag and was shocked! They gave me 1 cold big buford burger, 2 small burgers with the audacity of writing number 1 on one the wrappers, and all nearly burnt fries. The only thing they got right was the 2 large cokes. Very disappointed! Will never go to this location again. I'd get it if it was a busy day but, no it was just me and my bro in the drive thru with noone eating inside. Receipt host has the name Rodrigo but, a girl was the cashier I'm guessing they switched spots so they weren't even doing their jobs correctly. Hope this place shuts down. And if you do go to this location don't drive off without checking your bag of food. People are paying for their food give them what they paid for. Do better!

  Place is often dirty with trash cans never changed and fast food service is bottom barrel. Plenty of other quick eats near by don't waste your hard earned money here.

  We just moved nearby so I thought I’d try this location. I’m not happy not too sure if I will be back. I came by during my lunch ordered finish line combo. I started to head to work luckily I thought to pull over and check my order. Of course it was the wrong order so I go back and pick up my order. The gentleman that helped me knew I had taken the wrong order. He was very nice about it and apologetic so I head back to work to see that there’s no sauce and my cheeseburger and it was dry. The only good thing about my order was the fries were freshly made.
