As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Service could be better ordered a large and got a medium and server was apologetic but had already had a long wait, I didn't wanna wait longer to get it fixed as we were trying to hurry and get home after a long day. But did download the app for rewards so hopefully can come back and have better experience.

She read it back to me. I asked for no yellow cheese on the burgers . first w exited drive through realized the chicken meal was missing went back through re-ordered that then got home to realize the burgers were both made wrong with yellow cheese of course...then called to speak with manager and no one answered. Never had an issue at night here but this was a bad expirience today at noon. Thumbs down.
