  I am a doordash driver and I take orders from here many times but they always take almost 20 minutes for a doordash orders. My order is always going late

  Do not order from this Pizza Hut unless you want your food eaten by the employees. Last time we ordered food while we were running errands and planned to pick it up after. They called me to ask if I had wanted my order but didn’t see the call. When I get there the worker was eating what looked like the cheese sticks we had ordered. They said they canceled it because it had been an hour. I’ve ordered food many times from different places and shown up late to get it and always been able to pick it up so this was a first. We decided to give them another chance, so I was checking the time to make sure I went right away. Right as it was going to be ready I ordered something else and waited for that to be ready before going to pick it up. My first order was ready at 2:32 and my second one was ready at 2:47. I was pulling in at 3:08, barely 30 minutes since the first order was ready and I received a call from them saying if I still wanted my food because it had been a while even though it in fact hadn’t been that long. I said yes I still want it I’m outside right now and they didn’t sound happy about my response. If you order from here you better get here right when it’s ready or else it’ll be canceled and they will eat it. This is very frustrating because this is the closest Pizza Hut to us and now I have to be mindful of it in fear of it being cancelled and eaten. Will most likely be eating at a different pizza place from now on.

  We ordered quite a bit of food through Uber eats earlier this week. The thin crust one showed up heavily burnt, as in inedible. I called Pizza Hut and asked them about it, and she knew exactly what pizza/order I was referring to. She said there was nothing they could do about it, and that we had to contact Uber Eats. But Uber Eats did not make the very bad pizza and if she knew it was so bad, I do not understand why she put it in a box and sent it away with them. I am normally not a complainer. But that is very bad service. I would not go to this location. The rest of the food was fine.

  The male employee with facial and neck tattoos and ponytail hairstyle working nights needs to learn some basic communication, customer service skills, and anger management. We're very busy is a parrot excuse, slamming crap, speaking loud on complaints of store equipment, and acting like he can't hear the customers. You will wait forever here!!! Good luck! You've been warned! Just go to a different pizza hut location or order delivery. They prioritize delivery pickups. They need a bell at the front counter. Don't rely on checking in through the tablet. They still take forever. 45 minute wait for my order! Online said ready in 15 mins. I would love to work here just to help this place with basic communication and customer service skills!!!! If your name on the TV orders says ready, it's in the rack of pizza boxes people! Don't let this place take up your valuable time. Prices are too high already. SMH!
