  Throw the whole store away. Food was cold I asked for fresh nuggets and they could not even do that. Called 4 times because no one would answer the phone. Just terrible

  Nothing in this McDonald’s is good. To start off the drive thru screens are still in terrible condition, that honestly should’ve been the red flag to leave. Anyways, I order two drinks and clearly order a LARGE water, the cashier in the first window had an attitude as well, talking about “you didn’t say that” when I clearly did going back and fourth with me, I get my change and head to the second window where it wasn’t any better. The lady who gave us our drinks handed us a what appeared to be a kids cup or as she said “complimentary water” and I asked for my large water that I clearly asked at the speaker for and she said that the guy didn’t get me for a large water but only for a complimentary water, I didn’t order that, I should get my water that I asked and paid for. She then asked for the receipt and yup the deaf guy at the first window got me for the wrong size. I pay the $1.83 that she was so hesitant about for a water and finally she gives me my water without apologizing for their lack of service and hearing. You guys get paid $20 an hour to click buttons and can’t listen correctly, walk over to target and buy some cotton swabs maybe then you guys might start to get things right.

  I went through the drive thru at Mcdonaldns around 4:52pm Friday, March 20, 2026. The worker her name is Jasmine, she needs to get fired or get trained properly and learn manners. We clearly asked for 3 Mcflurrys and she said she couldn’t hear us multiple times and then she said ‘Ok. Pull up to the first window.’ So we went and the guy told us $9 something. I noticed how low the price was so I checked the receipt and it was 3 ice cream cones instead of 3 mcflurrys like we asked. So as I go to the second window I say ‘Oh, we actually asked for 3 Mcflurrys!’ She shows so much additude towards me and my kids and claims I (the mom) said 3 cones. She tried gaslighting me because she knew English is not my first language so then I told her it was actually my daughters who ordered. So we don’t take the ice cream and we parked the car to go inside instead to clear the situation. My daughters go in, mind you they are 13 years olds and she looks around 20 something. She refuses to give a refund and shows so much aditude towards 13 YEAR OLDS. She is a grown woman and she is arguing she is trying to gaslight them. The a lady in a red shirt just says ‘Okay you guys can get the refund.’ She didn’t want to give a price difference/replace for the mcflurrys. It was such a simple situation and she enlarged it for no reason. She started to laugh and roll her eyes at my kids. It was crazy. No customer service or respect. She needs to be fired ASAP or get properly trained and learn the policy(the right to refuse the order). And Jasmine if you want to talk with me, leave a comment below.

  Allways getting wrong order and then when Macdonald getting cheap on ketchup only 1 or 2 for large fries and they prices getting worse service very poor

  Terrible spot they dont open on time and today of all days on my birthday they get my order wrong paid the extra for cheese and they dont give it and also the the sweet tea taste like it was from yesterday
