  I oreded via mobile a double quarter pounder meal at 11:41 a and arrived 12:08 to pick up... its wasnt ready... "THEY WERE WAITING FOR THE MEAT TO FINISH COOKING" REALLY IT TAKE IVER 15 MINUTES TO MAKE AN OERDER?! NO HAPPY!

  Fries were cold and oily , NOT FRESH ! .. terrible management and procedures ... quality control needs to improve.

  I stopped by today and went through the drive-thru for breakfast. They forgot all of my hash browns (4) so I had to get off and ask for them. They were also out of sausage but they were able to replace that with something else. My biggest issue is that I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes and an order of hot cakes and 2 of my hot cakes appeared to have been bitten or something. I did not eat them as I wasn’t sure what even happened. So disappointed but I did not have time to drive all the way to the location to get replacements
