Worst experience gave my order away and had an attitude when they had to fix it passing along the message to every other worker instead of fixing it

I don’t wanna sound like a mean person. But when we were in the drive-through last night, the cashier had a bloody paper towel hanging out of his nostril. I could see the blood all over the paper towel. There was a lot of blood and the paper towel was like three or 4 inches long coming out of his nostril, he had plugged his nostril because he had a bloody nose. The paper towel was not tiny. It was huge. It was literally hanging out of his nose by at least three or 4 inches. It was a huge bloody paper towel. I don’t wanna sound like a mean person I have a heart. And I did work fast food and restaurant jobs for many years, so I do not want to come off as cold hearted, but honestly it was gross seeing a bunch of blood. Obviously, he cannot be cooking food with blood coming out of his nose, but I don’t think he should’ve been put as the cashier either. His manager should have sent him on a break until his nose stopped bleeding. I also saw him walk away and throw away the bloody paper towel and then put another one in his nose and I did not see him wash his hands. I’m pretty sure that he went right back to being cashier. Again, I don’t wanna sound like a mean person, I feel bad for the guy. It’s not his fault. He cannot help it. Having a bloody nose really does suck, but I’m gonna be totally honest. It did gross me out. People can have all sorts of diseases like HIV or aids, I don’t know what type of diseases you can catch from blood, but the idea of someone handling my debit card while they have blood coming out of their face just really weirded me out. I feel bad saying that, I really don’t wanna sound like a mean person because I have sympathy and I feel bad for the guy. I just don’t understand why his manager didn’t send him on a break. It’s not fair to the guy he needs to recover from his nosebleed. Also, it’s not fair to the customers because we don’t know what diseases he may or may not have , but I’m gonna be totally honest it grossed me out seeing that giant bloody paper towel on his face. I am sorry I am not trying to be rude. I just think that when someone is going through something medically like this that they should be sent on a break until they feel better. That is the right thing to do.

BS customer service. stood in like for 10 mins just to pay for my meal because kiosk wouldn't take my payment. Managers and workers walked by just staring at me and pretended that I was there. Poor customer service. I would give -10 stars if possible.

Payed for my food through drive through, got my burger and didn’t get my banana strawberry smoothie. They told me to go to the 3rd window. Been waiting here for over 10 minutes and nothing. This is ridiculous. I don’t think anyone even knows they owe me a drink.
