  Employees never smile at anyone not a pleasant atmosphere felt like they didn't like anyone i'm a local it's like this before also I'll never go back FIRE THE MANEGER!!!

  Their system went down and they don’t have a sign up so I was trapped in their drive-through for like what felt in eternity. It was probably 10 minutes too long.

  I've been here a few times early in the morning and have been met with underwhelming service. I have been turned away before being early in the morning, 4-5 am. Staff was taking my asked for my order and was not ready, so I had to give the order again they did not seem well trained. I ordered a drink and some food. The lady was quick with the food and I have been told to go to the side until the order is complete. She just said here you go and no indication of what was going on with the drink. I was handed the food, but I never got the drink. I just wish that it did not feel like I was defrauded by the business. Food was okay, I took a few bites and realized I did not get my drink then lost my appetite. Staff needs to be trained better, one of the most lacking times I have been there.
