  I have officially given up on this location. I usually go here around 11-11:30pm like i did tonight and they constantly have issues. Almost every car in the drive thru gets parked and on most occasions wait more than 30 minutes for a 3 item order. At this point its not considered fast food anymore. Tonight they were even more of a mess. Waited 45 minutes just to be brought the wrong order multiple times even after she took our receipt with her. Then we also didn't receive an item we ordered and was told we were not able to get a refund. We were going to ask to speak to a manager but didnt want to wait even longer after all that but clearly with how often this happens theres a root to the problem. I have worked in fast food i tried to be understanding but i dont get how this problem is so consistent. You know its bad when i somehow felt the need to come write a review on a MC DONALDS. I feel ridiculous but jesus christ.

  Used to be fast and reliable. I can no longer say that about this McDonald's. They keep getting orders wrong, They take forever and seem to be forgetting online orders somehow. It's a mess at all times

  Bro this worker, he has glasses, wears a yellow vest and takes orders is HORRIBLE at this job. We made a mistake and he got mad about it like he’s rolling his eyes and shrugging like he can’t fix it . FIRE HIM

  Why does this place have some of the worse customer service. Drive thru, pick up or even inside just the most ridiculous customer service. The perception is that you hire anyone & do no training.
