  Their customer service is bad. They are not professional. Very slow customer service. I have to tell my friend to go inside and tell them where's my strawberry smoothie.

  Was here today having breakfast and received a cold coffee so I asked if I can get hot coffee they said they had to brew more i was ok with that after waiting 20 minutes, I had to approach the counter again and they gave me another cold coffee forgot to brew new coffee just to be told we had 4 people call in. I understand however that is not my problem many people where in there upset waiting long periods for food etc. Very disappointed will not come here ever again.

  Drive thru today st 8:35am as soon as i pulled up to the speaker to order, the menu went away and showed the bill for the previous customer. "blubity-blubity+app, today". No, I won't be using your app. I'd like to see the menu. "We don't control that, honey". And the menu immediately re-appeared. So i ordered #7 and I think the clerk began asking about my choice of drink to go with my meal, but every time I tried to answer the clerk interrupted and I had no confidence that the clerk knew what answers I gave to her questions. The clerks style of communication was not conversation, ya know-- after about 3-4 interruptions, it's beginning to get rude. I would describe the pronunciation of her words as 'clipped'. So is there a problem with the technology or the person? This McDonald's is in my neighborhood and I would like to be proud of the business that has given good service, but I didn't feel comfortable with it this morning. Proof of this is the clerk told me "well, why don't you suggest a drink and i'll tell you if it's available". Hmmm... Slower words, with attitude??? When I looked at my final total on the screen it said I had a drink upcharge of.10 for a Hi C. When I paid at the first window, the clerk never made eye contact, merely handled the money, never told me what the amount of my change was, constantly talking to customers that were ordering; and the line behind me was only 2-3 cars. At the food window the young man was very polite, looked at me and greeted me with "hello, ma'am here's your drink and a straw", enunciated his words with the obvious intent of being conversational, and wished me a nice day. What a difference between the 2 employees!!!

  They gave me my order incomplete order I live quite a distance and every time I call they act like they can’t hear you

  Always check your bags even if the person giving you the food gives yoh a ugly look I was missing some items and she gave me a stank face as soon as I told her I was missing stuff she said can I see your receipt I showed it to her and she gave me my items but why should I have to prove what's mine if they would do they're job right I wouldn't check.Given ugly looks then turn out to miss items.Thats why I check
