My nephew needed to use the restroom. they said it’d be a while b/c I’d need a key & told me public restroom were across the way. We did so, came back and the order still wasn’t ready. I got my items at about 12:41. All in all service was mid. I’m a food service worker as well! Takes nothing to be a bit kinder🤷🏾♀️

I told the employee twice that I was paying with cash, but I was still ignored. Another customer got in line and they weren’t helped either. No one acknowledged us or explained what was going on. After waiting that long with no service, I eventually just walked out and left. Very poor customer service and a complete waste of time.
