I stand in front of the worker at the cash register and doesn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Then, he asked me if I had an online order which I said no I don’t. Instead of taking my order he continues to ignore me and let me remind you they were not busy. This happened at 1:12pm and I am disappointed in customer service.

After getting home I opened my food and realized that there were only 16 wings along w/cold fries. After contacting the store about my order, the only solution they had were to refund me the 4 wings instead of correcting my order and remaking it as it should have the first time. They also did not allow me to speak with a shift lead or manger and told me I wasn’t able to receive a refund either. Insane.
