  This is an upscaled grocery store. Tends to be pricy unless you shop sales and use digital coupons. The only items I purchase are from the weekly ad & digital or clip coupons so my total before savings is usually over 60%. Ex Last visit my original total was $167 but after Membership discounts sale prices digital coupons & $10 off $50 or more MY TOTAL was $42.63. 😁🤩🤑

  Horrible customer service. Went In to get a couple items and went to check out and there was one lane open no self check out and there was line of 8 people deep. I asked if there was anyone else that could check and he shook his head. No verbal response from cashier Edwin. Then about 6 minutes later the assistant manager came out to check. This happened about 9pm.

  On December 19, I went in and shopped, the cashier screwed up my transaction so I patiently stepped back while he waited on other customers while waiting for a manager to come fix the situation. Manager finally shows up 20 minutes later and does what is supposed to be a post void of the transaction removing my payment. My payment clears my bank! I called back and get a manager the next day that tells me if I want to speak to the bookkeeper, I have to wake up at 4 o’clock in the morning to call back to fix it or I could call this 1 800 number to take care of the situation. I call said 800 number. They have to pull all of my transactions from that day and tell me it will take 10 days for them to investigate to get my money back all because the cashier made a mistake. Then the manager made a mistake and now this is somehow is my financial mistake, 3 weeks pasted and I kept getting shuffled back and forth between a manager and their 800# that just kept passing the buck saying it was someone else's problem! It was sent back to the store on Dec 23rd to process the refund but on Jan 6th it still hadn't been processed as someone at the store was to lazy to get to it. I don’t know about the rest of you people, but I don’t have 50 bucks to just be throwing away for Vons to throw into their coffers and call it a day. I don’t care what my Vons rewards saves me it’s not enough for me to ever shop there again!
