I called to sort it out and they told me it wasn’t their website, despite ordering from there and getting my food the week before. The issue wasn’t the app, it was the fact that when I arrived, the sign was off and the doors were closed. They refused to make my food or refund me and told me to call the bank. Sad, the food was 5/10 when I got the krapow, worth giving them a second try, unfortunately the service was not.
