  We and other people had to wait, nobody wanted to work at the counter. Found a table fast. And was very cold inside. Couldn't enjoy my food.

  It doesn't let me post a picture but it was garbage. Just a shell with meat and flat and broken all because I said multiple times I did not want a dorito taco just a regular taco. It sucks because as a customer we are subjected to this kind of rudeness and service and the only thing we can do is write a review on Google because it's better than complaining to management who's just going to stare at you as you get upset because they hold the power behind the counter unfortunately and now you don't know if your food was tainted had to throw away

  Food is good but just as the other locations they hate taking people order their go to is to use the kiosk and get upset if you order on the mobile app there instead of using the kiosk they have gotten better with customer service but still has a way to go

  Honestly, I get food there quite often, but it’s been a struggle lately. My child has special needs and is currently obsessed with Taco Bell, but the lack of consistency in their burritos is ridiculous. On top of that, forgetting items on a pre-order is completely unacceptable. What’s even more baffling is the service. I’ve stood at the counter for five minutes, literally being stared at, without anyone offering assistance or even helping me pay for the order I just placed on the kiosk. It just doesn't make any sense."

  11/12/2025 cashier sunny R Order cf2bbo I ordered two drinks through drive thru, I ask Sumny the cashier if tge restrooms were open. He obnoxiously thru his head back nd said "yeah you have ten minutes, but you need to ask whose in the front to open the door". I go inside ask for the restroom sunny runs to the back like a child and im lft to deal with Know it all francisco and his stout buddy . Francisco makes a big deal that he should see my Receipt (as i wasnt the only customer) . Little man goes and opens the door. I am very surprised these are the youth that is left to run a million dollar operation. Now i am very displeased with my experience and have no other means than make sure the disrespect i experience does not happen again. I will be contacting futher up to see whatbthey can do about these three stoodges!!
