  I am writing to formally report a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location that reflects serious concerns regarding both order accuracy and customer service standards. I placed a drive-thru order, and the female employee repeated the order back to me correctly. Based on that confirmation, I had every reason to expect the order would be accurate. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that half of my order was missing. I then had to drive back to the restaurant, which was a significant inconvenience and an unnecessary waste of time and fuel due to the restaurant’s error. Upon returning, the employee who initially took my order was visibly rude and dismissive, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for the missing items I had already paid for. The manager on duty, Joseph, came to address the situation. However, rather than apologizing and offering to remake the missing items, he immediately processed a refund without asking how I would prefer the issue to be resolved. There was no attempt to restore confidence, no ownership of the mistake, and no effort to provide service recovery. Order mistakes can happen. However, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care is what ultimately made this experience unacceptable. As a paying customer, I should not feel dismissed or treated as a burden for requesting correction of an error made by the restaurant. I hope franchise leadership reviews this matter and reinforces expectations around accuracy, professionalism, and respectful customer service at this location.

  For $25 I could made it at home. They took away the number 10 out off the menu after 20 yrs. The food was terrible for $25 I could stay at home, thank you Taco Bell for ending my love for Taco Bell, goodbye after 20 years.

  THE worst service in the area. Forgot 2 items and several sides. Food took 20min. Do not eat here. Horrible, and cost $20 for crappy food and service. 2/2/26 7:30-7:52pm.

  The 6.99 pick your own luxe meal is such a good deal. The mini taco salad is just the right portion for me .the new cookie confetti drink taste just like a cookie is such a nice desert drink.

  The employees here are very nice and mannerable very quick service pay attention to detail also very polite don't have to wait long for my food. Employees are also very accurate with the orders and get food to customers very fast. The cleanliness of this restaurant is very well upkept which is a must for me when I go to restaurants so I want to say thank you Taco Bell 🔔
