  I ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Everyone was really nice and made the experience effortless. They even double-checked a request I made online to make sure everything was how I would like it. I really appreciated that and wanted to give them a shoutout. This Taco Bell was great. 😊

  I did'nt get her name, but i was there last week and the girl that works there is a good vibe. She was super busy and smiling with a great attitude the whole time. Sometimes all someone needs is a person like that to brighten their day. Shot out to the smiling girl that works there. I have a feeling people know who I'm talking about.

  It's OK I guess, however a little while back when I was on my way to willow Creek to visit a loved one, before today, I usually have no problem being able to use the bathroom. Today however, i ran into a problem because someone was taking TOO LONG to come out. I ended leaving because I had to catch the next Herndon bus I hope i don't have an accident along the way

  Manager called me the next day. She was very nice and apologetic. Went the extra mile to make things right. Taco bell fan again 🥰 Initial grievance: I'm someone who only does mobile orders through drive thru, I've never experienced drive thru making the order prior to checking in for the order when you arrive. I've order many times from Philly, Virginia, Florida, etc. When we arrived to pick up the food and brought it back to the hotel. The food was cold, all the tacos were soggy, drinks watered down. I called and let them know that my food seemed like it was sitting for a while. I was told they make the food as soon as the order was received. My food was sitting for 35 mins. He told me that's how his location does it, but if we want to bring the food back they'll make it again fresh. I let him know me and my family are very tired from holiday travel if I can come tomorrow or something. He said I had to bring the food back with the tonight in order to be remade. I asked for his name. He said he is not allow to give names so I asked if he can at least give me the manager of the locations name. He said he cannot give me any names. Poor service I want a refund all together. Order 962930

  Food was great. I went to ask about something that was new to the menu afterwards but no one came over when I stood at the counter for a bit.
