Taco bell fan again 🥰 Initial grievance: I'm someone who only does mobile orders through drive thru, I've never experienced drive thru making the order prior to checking in for the order when you arrive. I've order many times from Philly, Virginia, Florida, etc. When we arrived to pick up the food and brought it back to the hotel. The food was cold, all the tacos were soggy, drinks watered down. I called and let them know that my food seemed like it was sitting for a while. I was told they make the food as soon as the order was received. My food was sitting for 35 mins. He told me that's how his location does it, but if we want to bring the food back they'll make it again fresh. I let him know me and my family are very tired from holiday travel if I can come tomorrow or something. He said I had to bring the food back with the tonight in order to be remade. I asked for his name. He said he is not allow to give names so I asked if he can at least give me the manager of the locations name. He said he cannot give me any names. Poor service I want a refund all together. Order 962930
