  You know, I came to this location in order through my app. It is December 28th 2025 10:12 PM at night. The girl that was working the window who has died bleach , blonde hair and has dark brown or black roots was very rude. I simply told her that the Baja blast taste more like soda water than it did flavor and she said, well, I don't know what you want me to do.I can't add more flavor to it. She was unprofessional and she gave off the vibe that I don't care at all. I instead asked for the diet mountain dew. I literally watched her fill the cup up with Coke instead.And then hands it to me , and then closes the window. Upon me driving off , I looked into the box and I had asked for sauces , none of them were put in there , there was no napkins. My thing is, is you never know what someone is going through.I felt horrible tonight and I battle with suicidal thoughts filling worthless feeling like I am nobody. And\nEven though it has absolutely nothing to do with this girl , she just added to the pain that I already felt she treated me as if I was nobody. I will never NEVER go back to this location again. She was hurtful.

  i got taco bell yesterday, i got 3 bean burritos they were wrapped horribly and as i eat my burrito its falling apart and all messy. Sometimes the workers can even be rude

  Worst customer service. The girl taking orders at the drive thru is so rude and mean. The cashier says Juan S. But it was a girl with long ugly nails which is also so unhygienic. She didn't have a name tag. I also should not have to ask for my receipt or napkins. She acted like I was bothering her by asking.
