  How are u gonna tell me what I can’t and can put on my sandwich if I’m the one paying for it??? Don’t be surprised if ur sales go down. The lady rn in the counter.

  Every time I order on the app, I usually arrive around the suggested pickup time, and most of the time, my order is ready. However, it seems like 25 minutes wasn't enough for this older lady. The other workers usually have my order ready when I arrive, but this particular lady had an issue with me being five minutes early. I only showed up early because the other workers typically have it ready before the app indicates.

  They stole my money. I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up, they said they never got the order. The girl behind the counter asked what location I sent it to, and I showed her the order on my phone. She confirmed the location was correct and asked what sandwich I ordered. I showed her the order again and she read the sandwich out loud. She checked her computer and said she still didn't have the order. She said she would make me the sandwich if I wanted to pay for it again. I showed her on the order that it was already paid. She said there's nothing she can do unless I want to wait for the order to come through. I said I'd wait and sat at a table. A few minutes later, she came to the table and said the order still wasn't there. I asked what I was supposed to do. I had checked my bank account and the charge had already been debited. She just kept repeating that there's nothing she can do. I said I understand that, but can she tell me who to call. She was like a robot, repeating the same thing over and over. I finally got irritated and told her that taking someone's money without giving them the product is called theft. That's when she finally called someone. She came back after the call and began repeating herself again. "Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do because we didn't get the order." I ended up waiting 45 minutes. The order never came in. They never gave me a refund or my food. As I was relaying this story to my daughter, she said that the exact same thing happened to her with the same location a few months ago. It seems they're running some kind of scam out of that location. Keeping people's money and lying about not receiving the order, then trying to sell you another sandwich. Cheats!

  Ordered 3 meatball marinaras. Said they ran out. I would think they would go to the back to get more.
