I greeted him politely, but he responded with attitude and made unnecessary comments about whether I should speak English or Punjabi. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone dealing with customers. He clearly needs customer-service training, and the management should review his conduct. I will be reporting this incident because no customer should be treated this way.
