  Gotta repeat yourself 10x on drive through, idk if the machine is broken but all they say is "huh? What?" Then when you get your order, its wrong 90% of the time.

  I ordered online (directly from the Rally's website and not Uber/DD) to pick up and soda machine was broken. We were offered water instead. That itself is fine, things break. What was not fine was that an employee told us we can do the refund request online. I get home and the online support literally only leads to the phone number at this location. The manager (John) said we had to come back with our food to get the refund. Despite it being the employee's mistake for telling us to do the refund online. Hesitant to drive back, the manager on the phone asked his boss and said refunds must be in person. I drove back and returned my whole order. The manager took back the food and started the refund instantly. What's worse is that the boss that was physically there was the owner (Jose Gomez). So imagine all the other corners that the owner is cutting when the owner refused to initially refund the drink portion of our order. In the phone call, I heard the manager speaking with the employee and even then she was deferring responsibility. Again, it isn't that the water was not fine, it's the fact that you told us we can do the refund online when we couldn't. That's $20/typical meal I save by not returning I guess. John, the manager, was the only good one in this ordeal 10/10 Jose, the owner, cheap 3/10 Lady in the drive through, untrained 1/10
