  Man this place is really rough. My first time I walked in I asked for a suggestion for a first time customer and he said he would not eat the food here. I left. I heard good things from a friend so I thought I would try again. I ordered online pickup and went to go get my food and was waiting for 10 minutes, staff was just talking to each other not doing anything hiding from working. Staff is very gross. No gloves while cooking or prepping food and manager guy looks like a slob that has not washed in months. Place is dirty. Floor not swept tables messy. Wallpaper peeling off on the windows, I imagine some get into the food. Food is always terribly overcooked. Fries had been sitting for what seemed like ages, its not worth your time or money. Avoid this place. Taco bell is right next to it.

  I came to this location to pick up a DoorDash order. One of the staff members was on the phone, and I asked twice about the order. She did not even acknowledge me at all, didn’t look at me, and didn’t respond. I understand being busy .but completely ignoring a delivery driver is unprofessional and wastes of time. Customer service needs improvement, especially for delivery pickups.

  food is hit and miss, good one day, dry or burnt the next. always getting my order wrong. But the new thing is paying for large and getting a small. Did that twice since pub burger special. then tried to take survey for free burger. that's also broke and borderline false advertisement . .

  It's one day until Thanksgiving so I'm cooking and decided to get my kids this Rally's. By the way I said I would never come back to this location ever again. I ordered the $5 combo. I was asked to go to the front while they finished took another 15 mins. like my last visit. I get the food look in my bag there is no ketchup I drive off to find there are no fries. I come back now there's a long line I speak to JESSICA the meanager. She does not have any empathy. She just said well he only charged you for fry and drink. Now the issue became my fault not the employees mistake again. Instead of fining understanding she says well I can give you your money back. But asks for all the food back instead of just giving me a fry for the error so yes now I'm upset. But instead of compaction she smirks and shuts the window. I go in ask for her name several times she finally gives it and yes I'm more upset she brought me out of character again for her terrible customer service. She laughs and walks away because of how I am being treated. I say this to say if you come across JESSICA do know she is not in the best interest of the company. She is rude and lacks true customer service skills. I will be calling corporate and writing to whoever is in charge of her because this company will lose more customers with people like JESSICA running the business.
