He became upset after his own mistake was pointed out, and instead of addressing it, he chose to throw a temper tantrum and blame others. The issue was over a simple sauce he mishandled due to his own carelessness, yet he directed his frustration at customers. Completely unacceptable behavior.

The female employee told him 3 more minutes. 15 min later he asks again and she tried to tell him 3 more min. Then the male employee then admitted they gave good order or to someone else. Still wanting food he asked how long. Normally 8 min but 15-20 min cuz there are orders ahead of you. No his order was in long before the others. He ended up getting his money back after some arguing. Ridiculous!!! Now he is still hungry. 😒😒
