I wish they recorded their orders because I asked for an Oreo McFlurry for my son twice they did not and then when I told them to charge me at the second window since they didn’t the first time, they asked me to go all the way around through the drive-through again

Don’t like to write negative reviews but here it is, the staff told us to park in a stall for our food. Meanwhile everyone else that parked in a stall for their mobile orders got their food before us and we’ve been waiting for over 30 mins for our food still not getting our order right they kept asking what we ordered and my husband got out of the car to see what is taking so long—we have hungry kiddos in the car. I don’t like the inconsistency here we usually don’t get this type of service but something has to change.
Also, the fact that I have the time to write this review says it all—still waiting in the parking lot currently lol.

1 star for long wait time and bad customer service , the employees at this location are very rude , I kept on calling them for my online pickup order but nobody responded, I’ll try not to come at this location again 🙂

It was early in the morning when I went to this Macd around 3:00 am . There was only me at the drive thru waiting in my car for half an hour, but the two employees a girl and boy were only laughing and gossiping with each other instead of coming at the counter ,
I left this macd without taking my food
0 stars for long wait time and 0 stars for worst customer service
👎I request Macd to please change the workers at this location

Messy lobby, not clean at all. Waited 35 minutes for my breakfast, only for it to be done wrong 3x...i asked for a refund and she didn't offer an apology or anything...I mean, i just waited 35 minutes. The asian front counter guy that helped me was kind and helped me to the best of his ability but the manager Lea is terrible and doesn't how to serve customers at all, definitely a bad reflection of mcdonalds. Never coming back to this mcdonalds.
