0 star for long wait time and bad customer service , there were almost 10 workers working here but still not even one order was ready on time :( and these employees are always ignoring

No customer service, the manager on duty needs to be replaced I was waiting at the front counter to order and got so tired of waiting and having being ignored, I literally pulled up a chair and sat at the counter till someone finally took my order. The manager didn't stop by to apologize or anything, Lame this is my local McDonald's

This location is forever having issues with their drinks or always running out of ice. Today with no surprise their soft drink system was down. I ordered a #2 They failed to tell me until I got to the window that none of their soft drink work. They only had orange juice, tea, and coffee available! Well I reluctantly choose an orange juice and they attempted to upcharge me almost $2.00 for a choice I didn't have. If you are lacking what my meal normally comes with, why are the customers being charged an upcharge if YOUR restaurant is lacking?? I normally get a soda or juice but neither is available and I had already paid for my meal. SMH the "manager" act like she couldn't wipe out the extra charge eventho it's the restaurants mistake. As a manager you should suck up the responsibility and apologize for the mistake and take off the extra charge since it is not the customer's fault!
