Got my order all wrong and when I returned to explain, they were rude and had the worst customer service. Not even a "we apologize " nothing. I ended up paying more and my order was still incomplete 🤦♀️
- JRJulian RamirezOct 23, 20251.0I placed an order on the app for breakfast and was waiting for 10+ minutes to check in. I was literally at the drive thru mic waiting to check in. I saw the menu change from breakfast to lunch. Then when I was finally able to check in I was told they couldn’t take my order because I didn’t check in on time which made no sense to me at all. Was literally told that they were going to issue a refund on there end. So you can issue me a refund on your system but you can’t make my 2 item order 😂🤦♂️. Not to mention my card was already charged. If I would’ve had a big order I would’ve understood but it was literally two items. Not to mention there were only two cars at the drive thru. Workers get paid $20 an hour and don’t know how to act now. If they’re managers they probably make more. I was told I’d get a refund, but I wouldn’t even be surprised I don’t get a refund. Only $6, but that $6 could’ve gone towards something else. I never leave bad reviews and I’m usually pretty reasonable however this was just ridiculous.
