She said there was nothing she could do to fix the situation unless I brought the donuts back to prove we recieved the wrong donuts. I explained we could not go back tonight as they are 10 miles away. She proceeded to argue about how she would not have her general manager call me back because she was the only manager there. She hung up on me. I called back and asked for the corporate number she told me to Google it myself.

While wearing the same pair of gloves you can’t grab someone’s order, touch garbage then continue to handle the order. I watched as the guy fixed his hat, grabbed my donuts, then as he is making my coffee he pushed down the trash so more could fit and adjusted the trash better to the bin, then continued finishing making me my coffee. So disgusting.

The hot light is never on, the employees lack customer service skills, and the lobby is always dirty. This isn’t a one-time experience, it’s every time that we have gone to this KK.
