  Unsafe for anyone with allergies to gluten or anyone with celiac disease. I had gone in ordering a gluten free sandwich and they labeled the order wrong. The sandwich was for someone who has celiac disease and they grabbed the sandwich thinking they were getting gluten free bread. She was given the wrong sandwich and opened it but didn’t eat it. I went to return sandwich and staff was rude about it specifically a rounder lady named Selene or Selena after she ate her sandwich she started throwing up because she didn’t know her hands were contaminated from the regular bread. I let them know her food was cross contaminated after finding out they gave her the wrong sandwich and they just laughed about it amongst themselves. I asked for a way to contact management and they said call corporate and refused to help with anything further. Don’t recommend this location to anyone. I will see how about I can go on to report this so they get proper training or workers.

  I love jimmy John sandwiches but noticed they are getting thinner width wise I don't know if they think we won't notice or they don't care but we notice. And to charge more for it is crazy no what's crazy is that we order them well not anymore. Only in case of emergency. Thank you good bye
