Unfortunately I didn’t try it until I got home and that thing was hard and dry. Think about a bread that you eat after it’s been left out for days and not only is it stale on the outside but completely dry and grainy in the inside. I’ve never had this experience at other locations. Even after eating my pretzel hours later it still tastes fresh and semi soft all the other times. This was disappointing. The taste was horrible. I called the store right away to speak to the manager but no one answers despite them being open and the store being empty.
